WATERFALL SUBDIVISION NEW CONSTRUCTION

We have recently completed several custom homes in the new Waterfall subdivision. Located north of the river off of Rice Mine Road, Waterfall has quickly become a popular area for new construction. With almost one hundred lots, some of which have access to Lake Tuscaloosa, it's not hard to see why. Lots are divided into planned neighborhoods that each have their own guidelines and unique requirements. This gives the subdivision a sense of character while at the same time adding consistency. It has been a pleasure working with all of the homeowners and watching Waterfall grow into a beautiful subdivision. 


2016 home builders association of tuscaloosa showcase home 

This year we were honored to have the opportunity to build the Showcase Home for The Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa, Inc. The HBAT serves as the housing and residential construction industry to Tuscaloosa and the surrounding area. The main concept behind the showcase house was to promote the talents and potential of local contractors, and to advertise for our local contributors. This home features approximately 3,227 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a safe room underneath the stairs, and a spacious, fenced-in backyard all while staying within the historical guidelines of the neighborhood. 


Crown Pointe Master Bath Remodel

This master bath was transformed into a luxurious spa-like retreat with elegant traditional touches to keep with the character of the house.  Some of our favorite features include the hardwood floors, custom vanities, beaded mirrors, and freestanding tub.  The dark blue-gray paint color on the walls is complimented by the white wainscoat, giving the bathroom a very sophisticated feel.

We recently completed this custom home on Lake Tuscaloosa.  The home was designed by Roger Pryor, an architect out of Columbus, Mississippi.  Unique features include a sunken garden, tower and bridge entryway, outdoor kitchen, boat house, open air living room, and soaring 12' ceilings.  The unique architectural features lent themselves to an updated, fresh take on rustic design for the interior.  Working with these homeowners was an absolute joy for our entire team.


LOT 385 THE TOWNES OF NORTH RIVER

This charming home, recently completed in The Townes of North River, features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a main level study/guest suite, enormous master closet, lovely dining room with fireplace and cedar beams, open kitchen/great room with fireplace, and an upstairs bonus room. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and custom cabinetry with details such as pull out adjustable-shelved spice drawers built in to the columns beside the gas range.  There are solid wrought iron hand rails on the stairway leading to a wide hallway upstairs.  The mud room has poplar wood walls with hooks for hanging and built in cubbies for storage. With hand scraped hardwood flooring and lots of decorator details, this home is luxurious but feels warm and welcoming.

LOT 386 THE TOWNES OF NORTH RIVER

Recently constructed, this delightful craftsman home in The Townes of North River features 3,412 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a large bonus room/study/game room upstairs.  The large kitchen, beautifully appointed with  high level granite counter tops and custom cabinetry boasts an enormous pantry and is adjacent to a butler's pantry which features custom cabinetry and storage closets. Other exciting elements include a luxurious master suite with his and hers closets, a lovely covered side porch, and a 3 car garage.
