Initial Ideas

You have a vision when it comes to your dream home. It might begin with a sketch, a clipping, or a lot you've already bought. Or you might simply need to renovate or expand your home to meet your changing needs.

We bring that vision into perfect focus. We consult with you, review your needs, and refine our thinking until you're utterly satisfied.

Pricing & Design

Once your ideal vision has been fully explored, we ask question after question. We discuss details with design professionals for everything from overall floor plans down to the last finishing nail on the last foot of trim. The result? An estimate and timeline that's on the money—and with no surprises.

Regular Builder Meetings

Communication is the foundation of any successful construction or remodeling project. Depending on your project, we meet with you frequently to discuss process, timelines, choices and warranties. In between, you receive frequent progress updates. And if you have questions, you enjoy almost instant access with your contractor to ensure you are fully aware of everything that happens during the project.

Construction

The crucial phase of your project. During this period, rest assured that we use preferred contractors, alternative technologies and centralized scheduling to make certain that every step is monitored to keep your project on track. Because the sooner you start enjoying your home, the better.

Personalization

It's your home. That's why we give you every opportunity to choose options, finishes and colors from cabinets, flooring, molding, knobs, fixtures, and more at our showroom.

The Finishing Touches

As the project nears completion, our team walks the house with you to identify issues and make sure everything is perfect before you move in. But, even then, we're not finished. Months later, we return to address any final issues that might have cropped up—all to ensure a lifetime of pride and satisfaction.
